Community Based Mentoring

• Empower youth to resolve issues and developcoping strategies for the future
• All youth must participate and complete a Desired Result Plan (DRP)
• Areas of focus will be in 4 Domains: School, Family, Social, and Career
• A maximum of 3 goals with minimum authorization of 12 weeks

School-Based Services

• ​Services that encourage social, emotional and and physical well-being​
• Class Presentations and prevention programs
• Assist the Administration with discipline referrals​
• Work collaboratively towards school wide goals
