Meet our Administrative Staff 

Jason A. Brice Sr., M.Ed, LPC

Executive Director

Jason will be the running the daily operations of 4WALLS. Jason holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Behavioral Science and a Master’s of Education in School Counseling from Wilmington University. Jason brings a wealth of experience and knowledge in working with children of all ages. He has held various positions working with children in the public school system and in the private and non-profit sector. As a trained counselor, Jason is passionate and specializes in working with and developing children who have emotional and behavioral challenges as well as children with autism and other developmental disabilities.

Maria Y. Jones, MBA

​Director of Operations

Maria is the Director of Operations at 4WALLS.  Maria holds a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Business Administration from Fayetteville State University and an MBA in Healthcare Administration  from Wilmington University.  Maria has an MBA in Organizational Leadership from Wilmington University.  Maria also has 8 years of management experience in the human services and non-profit field.  Maria is experienced in staff training, staff coordination, and payroll processing.

Janay I. Chandler, M.SW, LSW

Operations Manager

​Janay has a Bachelor's in Social Work degree from Georgian Court University and a Master’s degree in Social Work from Chamberlain University. Janay has experience working with children, adolescents and adults in community mental health and non-profit settings. Janay also
has several years of managerial experience. Janay specializes in providing emotional and behavior support to children and adolescents. Janay is passionate about making a difference in the lives of others.

Sarah Vega

Director of Human Resources

Sarah Vega is a Human Resources professional with a strong focus on people and building healthy and dynamic workspaces. She values collaboration and fosters team development. Outside of work, she is a busy mother of two daughters and enjoys serving within her local church. 

Angelia Kelly

Administrative Assistant

My name is Angelia Kelly and I am the Administrative Assistant at 4WALLS. I have over 14 years of professional experience providing high-level administrative support as an Administrative Assistant. I am very organized, detail-oriented, and known for my strong work ethic and commitment to accuracy. I play a key role in ensuring business operations run efficiently and effectively, maintaining structure, organization, and reliability across daily processes. I take great pride in my work and approach every responsibility with professionalism, accountability, and care. My ability to manage tasks independently while also supporting team collaboration makes me a valued asset to the organization. Outside my professional role, I enjoy spending quality time and building unforgettable memories with my daughter. I also love traveling, watching stage plays, playing tetris,uno,monopoly and bingo. I am dedicated to bringing consistency, precision, and excellence in everything I do.

Nathan Beam 

Director of Marketing and Brand Growth 

Nathan Beam supports the operations of 4WALLS through his work in marketing, administration, and intern supervision. Nathan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management with a minor in Marketing from, Rowan University.  ​Nathan has experience coordinating marketing initiatives, managing administrative processes, and overseeing intern development within a nonprofit setting. Outside of work, Nathan enjoys staying active, spending time on the golf course, and spending time with family and friends. He values balance, personal growth, and community involvement, which align with his passion for making a meaningful impact both professionally and personally.

Tray Allen Dent

Assistant Executive Producer

Tray is the Program Director for 4WALLS Productions. Tray is from Baltimore City, Maryland and has over two decades of experience in all aspects of music production, song writing, and artist development.  In addition, Tray has been able to produce several projects for himself, while also ghost writing for other artists. After his latest project titled W.I.N.S. ( Why I Never Sleep), Tray decided to take a step back from his individual aspirations to focus more on helping creators bring their ideas to reality!

Stephen C. Moore, BS

Community Relations Liaison

Stephen is the Community Relations Liaison at 4WALLS. Stephen has a Bachelor's of Arts degree in Organizational Leadership from Eastern University. Stephen brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to 4WALLS, as he has served his community for over 20 years as a dynamic and energetic leader with a firm belief in community service. Stephen is intensely passionate and dedicated in helping children and families, as he gives his time and talent to his local church where he served as an Elder and Deacon. In addition to his role in the church, Stephen has also held an instrumental and principal role in the formal Adopt-A-School Partnership with the Lawnside School District. Stephen recognizes the importance of providing guidance to our youth and possesses the belief that differences must be embraced, esteemed and allowed to evolve into a beautiful rainbow. In addition to his position at 4WALLS, Stephen currently works with at-risk youth throughout Camden County and Camden City, New Jersey.

Valarie Pena, LCSW

Training and Workforce Development Coordinator ​

​Hello!  My name is Valerie Pena I am the Training and Workforce Development Coordinator. I live in Voorhees, NJ with my husband, our 13 year old son and our family dog, Loki.  Most of my free time is spent cheering my son on at wrestling and karate tournaments.  I have volunteered my time in various community settings such as MacKenzie's Martial Arts and currently am the Voorhees Middles School PFA's Secretary.  This is my third year in that role.  Prior to that, I was on the board for the Osage Elementary School PFA.  Professionally, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of NJ.  I have worked in the social services field in a variety of roles for the past 27 years.  I have worked in residential settings, partial care programs, hospitals, screening units, and in schools.  I have worked under New Jersey's Children's System of Care since its inception as the Children's Initiative at the Burlington Care Management Organization.  I currently hold the title of Operations Manager and manage/supervise 40 Care Managers/Care Manager Supervisors/Specialize Care Coordinator.  I have also worked for The 4WALLS LLC and Foundation since 2017.  At 4WALLS, I have the distinct honor of orienting new staff to our agency and familiarizing them with the Children's System of Care.  I also conduct BioPsychoSocial Assessments for youth and families that require linkage to the Children's System of Care.  My hope is to continue to grow and learn in my roles and to plant the seeds of the future generations of social workers and clinicians all while helping families attain their visions! ​
